Ouarzazate & Aït Ben Haddou via Tizi n'Tichka

Overview

Morocco's most spectacular road. We cross the Tizi n'Tichka pass at 2,260 m, with views changing at every bend. Arrival at the ksar of Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed fortified earthen village used as a set for Gladiator, Game of Thrones and Lawrence of Arabia. Walk up to the collective granary at the top, then on to Ouarzazate, the “African Hollywood”, and its Taourirt kasbah.
